The ILLINOIS ROYALTY CHARITY PAGEANT & FASHION SHOWCASE 

is an official fundraiser for Cisco & Cisco Productions, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. 

 Open to men and women of all ages, all sizes, all backgrounds. Participants bring awareness to breast cancer and health issues. Participants have an opportunity to receive titles and awards for their outstanding performance, community service and participation. Proceeds benefit C.C.P.'s  cancer outreach programs.
